Revised the Solid Waste Facility Permit to reduce the size of the permitted disposal area from 59.5 acres to 21.8 acres, reduce the design capacity from 5.2 million cubic yards to .195 million cubic yards and reduce the maximum elevation 1500 feet above mean sea level to 1,378 feet above mean sea level to bring the SWFP to accurately current operations at the disposal site (landfill).
