Description

The project to which this Supplemental to the FEIR relates consists of proposed amendment to the Caltech Master Development Plan which will reflect changes made to the original plan since its adoption in May 30, 1989. Authority for review and approval of changes is provided for in the Master Development Plan. The amended plan will show the following changes. * A total of 32,769 gross spuare feet will be converted from student housing to administrative office space in two phases. - Phase one of the project is the construction of a 7,500-square foot link addition between the Keck and Mosher-Jorgensen buildings and the change of use of the Keck building from student housing to administrative offices. This change will allow the Keck building to have 16,476 gross square feet of administrative office space. This change will occur in December 1999.
