Porter Ranch Land Use/Transportation SP (EIR 88-0026)

Description

CDFG is executing a lake and streambed alteration agreement (SAA #R5-2001-0028) pursuant to section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Porter Ranch Development Company. The applicant proposes to permanently impact 12.34 acres of Department's jurisdiction of which 10.6 acres consist of vegetated riparian habitat of that 1.36 is emergent wetlands vegetation. The project will mitigate the impacts with the purchase and conservation of 130 acres of land including approximately 16.0 acres of jurisdictional area.
