Document Description
The Project will repair 100 linear feet of Guadalupe River's right bank (east bank) within the Downtown Guadalupe River Flood Control Project using a biotechnical engineering method (in-kind), with a rock riprap base, and vegetated rock riprap and vegetated soil lifts in the upper bank. The bank was damaged in storms of water year 2022-23 due to effects of a fallen tree. The bank repair is necessary to prevent additional bank erosion and to protect the structures just beyond the top of the river bank.
