Class 1 exemptions include the operation, repair, maintenance, or minor alteration of
existing facilities, structures, or equipment involving negligible or no expansion of use. The project is to install trash capture devices inside storm drain inlets. Work will be conducted inside the various inlets and will result in no expansion and negligible change of use. Therefore, the project has no potential to have a significant effect on the environment and further environmental review is not required.
