Document Description
Issue a Right of Entry (ROE) to the United States Geological Survey (USGS) to install a seismic monitoring station in Sinkyone Wilderness State Park to allow for continuous seismic data to ShakeAlert, a west coast earthquake early warning system.
All work conducted pursuant to this ROE will comply with all state and federal environmental laws, including but not limited to CEQA, NEPA, the Endangered Species Act, Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code, and conditions specified by this ROE and other permitting agencies.
