Document Description
The proposed project is a Right of Entry License Agreement (ROELA) to Erickson-Hall Construction Co. (Licensee) to enter certain property located on Parcel H-18 of the Chula Vista Bayfront Master Plan (H-18) in the city of Chula Vista, California. The area proposed for use under this ROELA would be used by the Licensee and its authorized agent(s) and contractor(s) exclusively for the purpose of laydown of construction material and equipment associated with the construction of a temporary fire station on the adjacent property, and replacement in kind of fencing on the south side of Parcel H-18, as well as ingress and egress in support of those activities. Licensee would be responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations associated with the activities on or in connection with the above-described premises, including, debris, hazards and hazardous materials, and stormwater. It is anticipated that the ROE would have a total term of approximately one (1) year. The ROELA may be terminated by the District as a matter of right without cause at any time upon providing twenty-four (24) hours written notice to Licensee of such termination.
