Document Description
The project includes the replacement of approximately 1,850 linear feet of existing chain link fencing with high security fencing, as well as security cameras and badge readers for the plant entrance and all critical buildings. The existing security fencing shall be replaced with 8-foot tall high-strength security fencing with anti-cut security mesh, barbed wire, and razor coil to deter access. The security fencing and gate should be Guardian Model 5000 fencing manufactured by Betafence USA (or Guardian), or of equal quality. The entrance gate shall be replaced with a fully automated gate for the entire width of the entrance road.
