Document Description
The project consists of renovation of approximately 2,000 sf of existing lab/office/storage spaces on the northern side of the east laboratory building. These spaces will be developed into two new biosafety level (BSL) laboratory spaces. The work to be performed includes construction of suitable architectural finishes, new HVAC system, flooring, laboratory equipment, electrical, mechanical and plumbing fixtures to develop BSL2+ and BSL3 laboratory space.
