The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number BUT-54185-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Rokki Leonard.
The project is limited to the annual removal of accumulated sediment and aquatic vegetation such as cattail (Typha sp.) from a pond feature in an unnamed intermittent stream channel. Sediment and vegetation removal shall be limited to the minimum amount necessary to maintain channel capacity and reduce wildfire fuels.
