Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number ELD-53517-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Suntex Marina Investors. The project is limited to the demolition and replacement of the existing dock system at the Tahoe Keys Marina. Approximately 262 existing piles and the current dock system will be removed from the lake via crane/barge. Up to 190 new 12-inch diameter steel piling will be driven into the lakebed via vibratory hammer and the new aluminum frame dock system will be installed via crane/barge. The footprint of the new dock system on the water surface will be approximately 3,956 square feet less than the existing dock system.
