Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number PLU-55980-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Bryan Gibbons.
The project consists of the construction of an outbuilding on a steel I-beam platform straddling the unnamed tributary to Lake Almanor. The platform is supported on both sides of the stream channel by attachment to a pre-existing, reinforced concrete slab (foundation of existing house) and a previously, poured in place, concrete pad.
