The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number PLU-58154-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Bruce W. Peters. The project consists of construction of an upper and lower concrete pad and the placement of up to eight (8) concrete support piers and the anchoring of a four (4) foot wide by forty (40) foot long aluminum staircase adjacent to the residence to allow for foot traffic access to the lake shore.
