The amendment consists of the modification of an existing, single-use pier to an enlarged and
widened multi-use pier that retains the existing catwalk and creates a new deck toward the
landward side of the pier. Two existing mooring buoys will be retired to allow for a new boat lift
and personal watercraft lift on the north side of the modified pier. The multi-use pier will be
shared between 8555 and 8551 Meeks Bay Avenue parcels. There will be eighteen (18)
square feet of fish habitat enhancement for this project.
