Document Description
To install a new 50-foot by 44-foot agricultural storage building, a 24-foot by 52-foot carport with a 24-foot by 52-foot roof mounted solar array, and a 95-foot by 93-foot solar panel field. Additionally, 375 cubic yards of fill will be placed to construct an earthen pad. The maximum depth of excavation will be for the conduit associated with the solar panels, with a depth of 2.5 feet.

Further, none of the exceptions to the exemption in CEQA California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Section 15300.2 apply.
