Execution of short-term license agreement with the City of South Lake Tahoe to authorize non-destructive emergency service personnel training operations on a developed California Tahoe Conservancy owned parcel (License Area). Training operations may include access to paved areas for the staging of equipment and fire apparatus; access to locked or sealed rooms or compartments; discharge of water from fire hydrants or fire apparatus to structures or pavement; access to roofs, decks, walkways, or other constructed facilities; and the general movement throughout the constructed facilities in the License Area.
