Class 5 consists of minor alterations in land use limitations in areas with an average slope of less than 20% which do not result in any changes to density including minor lot line adjustments while Class 17 consists of the making and/or renewing open space contracts under the Williamson Act. The project consists of a minor lot line adjustment on land with an average slope of less than 20% which does not result in any changes in land use density. Additionally, the project consists of amending an existing open space contract to maintain the parcel’s active status under the Williamson Act and to maintain the agricultural character of the area. Therefore, the project is exempt from the provisions of CEQA.
