Document Description
The Agreement authorizes Pescadero Reclamation District 2058 (District) to perform annual routine maintenance and repair ofthe levees within the District's boundaries in order to maintain the functional and structural integrity of its facilities. The Agreement requires the District to comply with general and specific measures when perfonning such work in order to prevent any substantial adverse impacts to fish and wildlife resources, including compliance with all applicable environmental laws.
