Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SHA-59112-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Devil Mountain Trust, represented by Larry Forero.
The project is limited to diversion of water pursuant to a valid water right and excavating approximately 10 cubic yards (+/- 5 yards) of gravel, silt, and cobble to deepen and widen the side channel that supplies the agricultural pump. Additionally, a gravel push up dam may be installed in certain low-water years. If installed, the dam will be seasonally installed across the channel using on-site gravels.
