Document Description
The Humboldt Community Services District (HCSD) is planning to implement modifications to the Hoover Street Lift Station to minimize against future flooding impacts caused by tidal surges, exacerbated by climate impacts from sea level rise, in the form of a sheet pile/concrete wall, berm, hybrid, or similar design approach. Four geotechnical borings will be drilled to inform ground conditions at the Lift Station, specifically APNs 014-182-003, 014-182-008, 014-182-010.
