The proposed project is a Plan Approval to a Conditional Use of Beverage to allow the sale and dispensing of a full line of alcohol for on-site consumption in conjunction with a 3,107 square-foot restaurant and a 2,955 square-foot basement-level lounge with hours of operation from 7 A.M. to 2 A.M. The restaurant and lounge are proposed in an existing mixed use building with 100 residential dwelling units and approximately 21,243 square feet of commercial space, 4,063 square-foot commercial gymnasium, with a total 47 on-site vehicular parking spaces and 26 bicycle parking spaces.
