Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS. EPIMS-TRI-53938-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Timothy Lannoy. The project is limited to installing and operating a solar-operated submersible pump and 4-inch water intake within the active channel of the Trinity River to divert water into an existing side channel impoundment maintaining wildlife habitat and providing water for domestic use through an existing seep well. The pump will maintain adequate depth in the pond when the side channel is otherwise disconnected from actively flowing water and water will continuously flow out of the pond and through the side-channel exit.
