Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration
Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MEN-44642-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code
to Diego Munoz.
The Project is limited to three encroachments. The three proposed encroachments are to upgrade existing
culverts. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the existing culverts, replacement with
new properly sized culverts, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
Work for stream crossing SC-12 will include armoring the outlet with Caltrans Class IV energy dissipating rock and
armoring the inlet with Caltrans Class III rock armoring.

new structure will be located on the same site as the structure replaced and will have substantially the same
purpose and capacity as the structure replaced.
