The purpose of the Project is to construct a new multiple use pier with an adjustable catwalk and two boat lifts at the subject property in Lake Tahoe.
The Project, located in feed and cover fish habitat according to Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA) Fish Habitat Map, will install approximately 12.6 square feet of new structural pier elements resulting in new impacts to the lakebed of Lake Tahoe.
