Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS- CCA-42878-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Wiedemann Ranch Geologic Hazard Abatement District (GHAD) (Permittee) as represented by Greg Hudson.
The project is limited to routine maintenance of an existing single trash rack located along south side of the property. Maintenance activities will include cleaning accumulated vegetation and trash debris from the trash rack. Minor repair activities will include repairs for the trash rack, such as repair and replacement of metal bollards/posts.
