Section 15061(b)(3)-This project by general rule CEQA only applies to projects that have the potential to cause a significant effect on the environment. The project consists of community outreach, concept design, and the preparation of a conceptional design package for consideration of potential future action only subject to additional community outreach and design for sports-related facilities. Additional CEQA review will be considered at that time.
Section 15262- The eligible activities under the Forestry Grant Program are only of Planning Activities, including but not limited to Community Engagement and Concept Development , and the Development of a Conceptual Design Package. This action does not involve the adoption of a "project".
