Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS- TRI-54879-R1I, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Kia Vang. This Agreement is not for cannabis cultivation activities and should not be used for licensing purposes. A separate notification to CDFW will be required for that project/activity. The proposed project covered by this Agreement is for required remediation and is limited to the following activity: one stream crossing replacement (Table 1). Work for this project will include excavation, removal of an undersized culvert, replacement with a new properly sized culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill, rock armoring of fill slopes, energy dissipator at the culvert outlet, and the incorporation of flared end section at the culvert inlet. Additionally, the road crossing the stream will be hydraulically disconnected through the installation of rolling dips or water bars.
