Document Description
The Project entails replacing an aged 40,000-gallon water tank with a new 100,000-gallon water tank adjacent to the existing water tank site in order to provide adequate fire flows for existing users. No expansion of use is proposed. Grading will be less than 50 cy and no commercial timber will be removed. All construction will conform to the current California Building Code.

Compatible accessory uses are defined in Section 21.13.40 which include A3 .... the erection, construction, alteration or maintenance of water facilities as long as they do not interfere with the growing and harvesting of timber. The new water tank would be considered a compatible accessory use and therefore an allowable use.
