Document Description
This project is a conditional use permit for the construction of
an 87,090 square foot self-storage facility on a 2.81-acre lot in
the General Commercial (GC) Zone. The project consists of 3
floors and a basement. Currently, there are four single-story
self-storage buildings to remain with portions of each to be
demolished to accommodate parking and landscaping. The
existing driveway at the north of the site would be reconstructed
and a second driveway would be constructed at the south of the
property.

would not result in any significant effects on traffic,
noise, air quality or water quality, and can be served by
all required utilities and public services.
