Document Description
This project is a conditional use permit for the construction of an 87,090 square foot self-storage facility on a 2.81-acre lot in the General Commercial (GC) Zone. The project consists of 3 floors and a basement. Currently, there are four single-story self-storage buildings to remain with portions of each to be demolished to accommodate parking and landscaping. The existing driveway at the north of the site would be reconstructed and a second driveway would be constructed at the south of the property.
