Document Description
This Project proposes to subdivide 34.25 acres of vacant land into 171-lots that are minimum of 4,000 square feet each. The subject property would require a Rezone to change the subject property to R-1-4. The proposed project would result in on-site infrastructure improvements, including improvement of new city streets within the subdivision. Construction is proposed over two phases. Construction is to begin in 2025 and continue as market conditions permit.
