The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-56165-R1I, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Kia Vang. This project has been proposed to remediate violations of Fish and Game Code in connection with cannabis cultivation as documented by CDFW. This streambed alteration agreement proposes two project locations including armoring and maintenance at one stream crossing and the restoration of a filled segment of an ephemeral stream channel.
