Document Description
The proposed project is a request for a use permit for up to 40,000 square foot of outdoor cannabis cultivation within an existing fenced area located on a 12.23-acre parcel zoned LEA (Land Extensive Agriculture), with Combining Districts for RC50/25 RC100/25 (Riparian Corridor), SR (Scenic Resources), and VOH (Valley Oak Habitat); APN 026-080-008.
The proposed project consists of the continued operation of an existing outdoor cannabis site with no expansion of the existing footprint. The site was established in 2017 and has been operated by up to four cannabis zoning permits totaling 40,000 square feet of outdoor cultivation, recognizing the fluctuation in annual canopy from fallowing of one or more individual gardens in a given year. All infrastructure to serve the operation including fencing, irrigation lines, and access roads are existing and would remain unchanged under this use permit. Deliveries are limited to 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Up to 4 full-time and 9 seasonal employees would serve the operation.

No exceptions listed under Section 15300.2 apply. There is no reasonable possibility that the project would have a significant effect on the environment.
