Document Description
Caltrans proposes to regrade the inside curve of embankments on all four locations on State Route 138 (SR-138) from post mile (PM) 31.9 (1.2 miles East of Miller Road) to PM 33.3 (0.3 miles of Old Mill Road) in San Bernardino County. The purpose of the project is to widen the identified embankments to prevent further collisions with embankment or trees. If left uncorrected, there will be an increased number of collisions from the same collision factor. The scope of work involves regrading the inside curve of embankments, removal of several small trees at PM 32.45, PM 32.81, and PM 33.29. Work will stay within Caltrans right-of-way or easement.
