Document Description
Department of Fish and Wildlife is proposing to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMSSDO-53910-R5. The Applicant proposes the treatment of non-native weedy plant species and native seed application in areas outside of and adjacent to existing San Diego Gas & Electric’s (SDG&E) mitigation sites. Treatments will occur only where needed within the Project site. Where feasible, cuttings from, mulefat, and cottonwood may be collected from and installed in the Project site to enhance the watershed. Staging will occur outside of streambed and riparian habitats.
Project activities are anticipated to be recurring throughout the lifetime of the Agreement.
