Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number ELD-56666 -R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, California Department of Transportation (Caltrans). The project is limited to replacing existing corrugated steel pipe (CSP) culverts with larger reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) culverts. The existing 18-inch CSP at PM 21.44 will be replaced with a 24-inch RCP and the 12-inch CSP at PM 22.19 and 22.33 will be replaced with 18 -inch RCP’s. Rock slope protection will be installed at the outfall of the PM 21.44 culvert. Approximately 1,200 square feet of non-riparian herbaceous vegetation clearing and grubbing will be conducted for construction access.

The project is exempt under 15304 because it involves minor alterations to land which does not include the removal of healthy, mature, or scenic trees.
