Document Description
The proposed project consists of a 150-lot single-family residential subdivision on approximately 40.3 gross acres on the northwest corner of 35th Street East and Avenue K. The lots would range in size from 7,000 square feet to 14,549 square feet. Access to the subdivision would be provided from 35th Street East and 32nd Street West. The streets within the subdivision would be private and the streets surrounding the subdivision would remain public. The parcel is currently undeveloped.
The project site is located on approximately 40.3 acres at the northwest corner of 35th Street East and Avenue K in the City of Lancaster, California. Specifically, the proposed project is located on Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) 3150-014-008.
