Document Description
This project is to allow additional craft distiller (Type 74 ABC license) on existing winery operation. This license authorizes the commercial manufacture of up to 150,000 gallons of distilled spirits per fiscal year, and allows the packaging, blending, mixing, flavoring, coloring, labeling, and exportation of distilled spirits manufactured by the licensee. The direct beneficiaries are the property owners.

Based on Supporting CEQA Analysis for this Project, the proposed project is consistent with the criteria outlined in CEQA Guidelines Section 15301, Class 1, pertaining to existing facilities; MIM 25-017 is to add a distilling service on already approved entitlement and no other projects proposed. Therefore, the application of CEQA Section 15301, Class 1, is applicable and appropriate for this project.
