Document Description
TPM No. 2024-01 proposes to subdivide and realign the boundaries of APN 355-280-01. -03. -05, and -12, totaling approximately 3.36 acres, into ?ve parcels: Parcel A (0.36 acres). Parcel B (0.59 acres). Parcel C (0.46 acres). Parcel D (1.71 acres). and Parcel E (0.28 acres). The new parcel lines conform to existing structures and other improvements on the project site. Existing site access will remain unchanged. and a reciprocal access agreement will ensure all parcels have adequate street-access. No new development is currently proposed, and any future development would require proper land use entitlements and permits. The subdivision. as proposed. compiles with the City's General Plan and the Parlier Municipal Code.
