The project consists of upgrading the existing fence around the perimeter of the Wastewater Treatment Plan (WWTP). It will replace ±12,200 linear feet of existing chain link and barbed wire fence sections with new 6’ high industrial quality chain link fence fabric, steel framework and three (3) strands of barbed wire and approximately 1,700 linear feet along Black Road with alike fence material but 8’ high. Other work includes grubbing and clearing along the fence line, reconstructing ±1,200 linear feet of existing chain link fence and installing various widths (vehicular and pedestrian) chain link gates. The work will be within the WWTP property and the City’s right-of-way, with minor consented construction encroachments in the neighboring properties.
