Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number BUT-56598 -R2, pursuant to
Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Marsha Bamford.
The project proposes to restore a silted in and overgrown stock pond on private property. The
project includes the removal of sediment and vegetation from the pond and repairs to the
southern bank/berm of the pond. The removed sediment and vegetation will be disposed of on
site. The project will also remove dead trees and trim willow trees for construction access.
