Document Description
This project involves installing a 100-foot soldier-pile lagging wall downslope the eastbound lane at SR 131 PM 2.10, replacing 775 linear feet of existing metal beam guardrail with Midwest Guardrail System, and replacing failed corrugated piping within the SR 131/Stewart Drive intersection. The purpose is to stabilize the roadway, upgrade guardrails to meet the current standard, and rehabilitate drainage systems. The proposed work would prevent further deterioration and costly future repairs as well as extend the service life of the road. Ultimately, this project will increase road safety and reliability for the travelling public.
