Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration
Agreement No. EPIMS-TUO-45049-R4 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Applicant, San Francisco Public Utilities Commission.
The Project involves activities related to the replacement of the existing measurement weir at the toe of Cherry Lake Dam, to provide accurate and standardized readings for Cherry Lake and Dam facilities. The existing 3.5-foot wide by 8-foot long notched steel weir basin at the outlet of a wetland created by seepage from the dam will be
removed and replaced with a new weir and a concrete cutoff wall that will direct seepage flows to the new weir.
