Document Description
The applicant proposes to divide land located at 7500 14th Ave., Hanford, Assessor’s Parcel Numbers (APNs) 005-020-003, -004, -005, and -014. This proposal consists of a Lot Line Adjustment and a land division, both of which will be accomplished when a parcel map records for this project. The Lot Line Adjustment will adjust the boundaries between four (4) existing legal parcels (0.10 acres, 19.90 acres, 86.46 acres, and 27.49 acres). The land division will divide one of the adjusted parcels into two (2) parcels (10.00 acres and 10.00 acres).
