Document Description
Gable House Development, LLC proposes the demolition of existing sidewalk and the removal of the existing driveway approaches and curb and gutter at 22501 Hawthorne Boulevard. The proposed work includes saw cutting and removing existing AC pavement; trenching for a new waterline and installing appurtenances; installing new curb and gutter, a driveway, a driveway approach for the site, gutter spandrel, AC paving, and a new concrete sidewalk including an ADA ramp at the 226th Street corner. The project also includes landscaping and tree planting within the landscape parkway strip, irrigation installation, and the installation of an eight-inch water pipe with steel casing for water crossing under an existing storm drain line. Additional improvements include installing one (1) new fire hydrant, (4) water meter service connections, one (1) fire service connection, gate valves, fitting and thrust blocks; relocating an existing streetlight that conflicts with the new driveway approach; and installing a parkway culvert for storm drain outlet to the curb and gutter. All work will be performed via open-cut excavation. The excavation will have a maximum depth of 60 inches, width of 20 inches, and a maximum length of 530 linear feet.
