A CEQA Consistency Checklist (April 1, 2025) prepared in accordance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15183 determined that: (1) no peculiar impacts to the 920 Shasta Project component or its site have been identified, (2) there are no potentially significant effects that were not analyzed in the prior General Plan Update EIR (GPU EIR, SCH #2022100449), (3) there are no significant off-site and/or cumulative impacts which were not discussed by the GPU EIR, (4) no substantial new information has been identified which results in an impact which is more severe than anticipated by the GPU EIR, and (5) the Project applicant will undertake feasible mitigation measures specified in the GPU EIR to mitigate Project-related significant impacts. The mitigation measures have been included in the Project as Conditions of Approval. As such, the project is exempt from further environmental review pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15183.
