Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to remove damaged
Right- of-Way (ROW) wrought-iron fencing around booster pumps and controllers and
replace with more secure fencing consisting of expanded metal along State Route (SR)
99 at Postmile (PM) 27.50 in San Joaquin County and PM R13.33 in Stanislaus County.
All work will be within Caltrans Right of Way. The purpose of the project is to address
the existing damaged and nonfunctional Right of Way fencing. The project is needed to
prevent unauthorized access into Caltrans ROW.
