expansion of use, which consists of continuing to lease 1,809 square feet of general administrative and office use and related
ancillary uses of the existing Port of Long Beach Administration Building located at 415 West Ocean Boulevard in the city of
Long Beach. The amended lease is set to expire in January 2027.
