The Wonderful Logistics Center (WLC) West Project involves the proposed development of a master-planned commerce center containing up to 10,000 s.f. of commercial building space and 21,062,000 s.f. of industrial building space on 1,307.9 acres. Off-site improvements associated with the development would include public roadway improvements in and along existing rights-of-way and upgrades of existing, and installation of new, water, wastewater, storm drain, and dry utility lines and associated facilities.
