This action is consistent with Section 15301 Class 1, consisting of the operation, repair, maintenance, permitting, leasing, licensing, or minor alteration of e3xisting public or private structures, facilities, mechanical equipment, or topographical features, involving negligible or no expansion of existing or former use. The proposed use of the seven (7) buildings will still be for residential purposes. Therefore, the application of CEQA Section 15301 is applicable and appropriate for this project.
