Document Description
The Caltrans Encroachment permit applicant, Cal West Rain, is proposing to jack and bore under State Route 269/Lassen Ave at PM 21.76 in Fresno County to install a new irrigation waterline hookup. Proposed work within state right of way (ROW) includes installing 100 feet of 24-inch diameter steel casing (0.375’ thick wall) with 18” PVC irrigation piping at a depth of 48 inch below ground. Outside of Caltrans ROW, two 4’ by 8’ bore and jack pits will made on either side of SR 269, 50 feet from the centerline. Caltrans would issue an encroachment permit to allow for the proposed work to occur within State right-of-way.
